This policy explains how Noor Digital ("we", "us") collects and uses the personal information you share with us through this website. We keep it short and plain — no legal fog.
Who we are
Noor Digital is the data controller for the information you provide through this site. If you have any questions about your data, email us at enquiry@noordigital.co.uk.
What we collect
When you fill in our contact or "free missed-call check" form, we collect the details you give us:
- Your name
- Your business name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Anything you write in the message box
We do not collect any special-category (sensitive) data, and we don't ask for it.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry — to run your free missed-call check, answer your question, and discuss how we could help. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, where relevant, taking steps to enter into a contract with you.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data or share it for marketing. We use a small number of trusted service providers ("processors") purely to run the site and reach you:
- Netlify — hosts the website and processes form submissions on our behalf.
- Our email provider — so your enquiry reaches our inbox and we can reply.
These providers only process your data on our instructions. Some may store data on servers outside the UK; where that happens, appropriate safeguards are in place.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to help you and to keep sensible business records — and no longer than necessary. If you become a client, we'll keep what's needed to provide our service. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct anything that's wrong;
- ask us to delete your data;
- object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it.

Cookies and tracking
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We store a single small setting in your browser to remember your light/dark theme choice — that stays on your device and isn't sent to us or anyone else.

If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date above.
